For women who prefer a comfortable, women-only space, Her Gym offers a dedicated gym designed just for you. Our fully equipped facility features everything you need — from cardio machines and free weights to a spacious stretching area — to help you reach your fitness goals.
Every new member receives a personalised induction, showing you how to use the equipment safely and effectively. Our team of qualified female instructors is always on hand to offer guidance, carry out fitness checks, and provide tips to help you get the most out of every session.
At Her Gym, fitness is more than exercise — it’s a supportive, motivating environment where women can feel confident, inspired, and empowered. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, boost your health, or simply be more active, our gym is here to help you achieve it — and enjoy the journey along the way.

Steam Room
Step into our steam room after your workout and let the stress melt away. Feel your muscles relax, your mind unwind, and your energy restore in this calming, warm oasis. Not only does it soothe tension, but it also boosts circulation, supports weight management, and leaves your skin glowing. It’s the perfect way to reward yourself and enhance your wellness journey.
Steam room rules:
- Please limit your time in the steam room to 20 minutes to allow others to enjoy it as well.
- To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, a maximum of three people may use the steam room at the same time.

Exercise Classes
Start your day strong with our energising morning classes at WomenZone! Designed to suit all fitness levels, these sessions are the perfect way to wake up, boost your energy, and kickstart a healthy routine. Led by our friendly and qualified female instructors, classes range from high-intensity workouts to gentle stretching and mobility sessions. Join us in the morning to feel motivated, refreshed, and ready to take on the day — all in a supportive, women-only environment.

Badminton Classes
Join us for fun and fast-paced badminton sessions at the Karmand Centre on Mondays, 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM at £5 per class or as part of your gym membership! Open to all skill levels, these sessions are a great way to stay active, improve your fitness, and enjoy some friendly competition in a welcoming environment.
There is no booking required for classes, just show up!

Cancellations/refunds
Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. We can freeze your membership at an extra cost of £5.
