For women who prefer to exercise in a women only environment, WomenZone offers a dedicated gym. The gym is fully equipped with a range of equipment including cardio machines, weights and a stretching area.
An induction will show you how to use the equipment according to your fitness goals. Our gym is run by qualified female gym instructors who are always on hand to answer any questions, carry out a fitness check and offer help and advice.
Our gym is supportive and motivating; and a place where women can ensure their fitness experience is enjoyable and rewarding.
So whether you want to lose weight, improve your health, tone up or be more active, our gym can cater for your needs.
Steam Room
After a long workout relax with a session in our steam room. Our Steam Room makes a great place to unwind relaxing the body and mind. Increasing blood flow, helping with weight loss and skin cleansing are all proven benefits of a steam room.
Steam room rules:
- After sitting in the steam room for 20 minutes, please leave to let someone else have their turn.
- To keep everyone safe in relation to the Coronavirus, up to three people are allowed to sit in the steam room at the same time.

Join us for our weekly women only Badminton classes at The Karmand Centre, taking place every Monday, 5: 30 PM – 6:30 PM at £5 per class or as part of your membership.

My name is Noreen Aziz, I have been a member of Her Gym since 2013. I joined Her Gym because it was close to my home and I loved attending the classes. I have always been into my fitness and I am quite fit so I’m not too focused on losing weight but for me it’s about staying healthy, staying strong, and feeling good in my skin every day!
I enjoy the atmosphere here at Her Gym it’s a community gym that makes you feel you are part of a family and everybody knows each other. Most of all I like making our new members welcome and I’m always the first one to go up to them and introduce myself. It’s a great way for me to meet new people and I’ve made such amazing friends at Her Gym as a result, which I was not expecting when I first joined. I’m glad I took the first step and I’ve been happier ever since.
I am a wife and a mother of 3 children and I still make time for the gym as I see this as ME time to enjoy what I love doing. Thanks to my husband, he doesn’t mind me doing my own thing.
For those wanting to start I would say -just do it and set your mindset to having ME time. I have always been consistent with my exercise. What keeps me going is the support of my friends that I have made at Her Gym and the staff.

I have been a gym member since 2010 and have been attending throughout the years. I heard about the gym through a friend of mine who was already a gym member and was happy with the service which led me to sign up. I wanted some quality time to myself. Just one hour a day where I can be free and do what I enjoy the most.
During covid-19 lockdown, I put on a lot of weight and felt upset. I was missing the gym and exercise classes which was the main thing that was keeping me going. After the ease, I was finally back at the gym and was losing weight.
I have achieved more than I wanted since being a member of the Her Gym. I had plenty of health issues which was restricting me from doing my daily chores at home. I had severe back pain, knee pain, and elbow pain. As I became more and more committed to the gym and the exercise classes, all the pains gradually stopped. If it wasn’t for Her Gym staff’s continuous support, I wouldn’t have been as dedicated. I am now 100% better and taking no medication.
I attend all the weekly exercise classes and enjoy boxercise, bollywood spin, and hitt the most.
I happily recommend Her Gym to anyone who wants a healthy lifestyle whether it’s physical or mental. The staff are very helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy.
