Badminton

Badminton is played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock over a net. Badminton is a flexible sport for everyone regardless of your fitness or health.

Sessions are held Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm at Karmand Centre

Body Conditioning

A wide range of physical exercises that train to tone the body. Anyone who wants to develop their strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Sessions are held every Monday 9:15am – 10:00am at WomenZone.

Bollywood Spin

A whole body workout on a bike. While pedalling, you work out your thighs and calves. You can also increase and decrease the tension on your bike, which can change the dynamic of your workout. Bollywood Spin is for anyone who wants a total body and cardiovascular strength workout with a focus on your core muscles, upper body buttocks, and thighs.

Sessions are held every Tuesdays 6pm- 6:45pm at WomenZone.

Boxercise

Providing an entire body workout and includes aspects of boxing training using padlocks. Anyone can take part in boxercise regardless of gender or skill level. It is ideal for someone planning on weight loss and improving their overall fitness.

Circuit

Circuit training is a great boredom buster: Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn’t have time to wander or tune out. Ideal for someone who wants to burn those calories quickly and efficiently!

Every Wednesdays 9:15am – 10am and Thursdays 6pm – 6:45pm at WomenZone.

HIIT

HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) refers to the short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods that make up the protocol. HITT is for someone looking for long-term nonspecific training focusing on all aspects of fitness.

Pilates

Pilates is a type of strength training exercise that encourages you to identify and work within the limits of your body. Pilates is for anyone interested in building flexibility.
